The Hulk’s Strength is usually shown to increase in Proportion to his Anger, often depicted as a Raging Savage.
Walter Newell is a Brilliant Mind with a P.H.D. in Oceanography, an Experienced Oceanographer and a Talented Inventor of Experimental Oceanographic Gear. He created and wears the Stingray Battle Suit, an Armored Exo-Skeleton made of Super Hard Artificial Cartilage, built mainly for Underwater Use. The Suit Boosts his Strength and Durability to Super Human Levels, letting him Withstand the Crushing Pressure of the Deep Ocean.
It’s Equipped with an Oxygen Diffusing System that Provides Breathable Air almost Indefinitely, allowing him to stay underwater as long as needed. It also Increases his Swimming Speed and it’s Sleek Wings let him Glide through the Air over Long Distances. The Stingray Battle Suit’s Main Weapon is a Built In Electrical Discharge System that can Unleash up to 20,000 Volts through Air or Water from the Gloves. It also Shields him from Radiation!!!
