2005 UPPER DECK, RICHARD JEFFERSON, NEW JERSEY NETS N.B.A. CARD!!!

Richard Allen Jefferson Jr. is a former Professional Basketball Player who played Small Forward. He played for eight teams in his 17 season career in the NBA.

Jefferson played College Basketball for the Arizona Wildcats and was picked 13th. Overall in the First Round of the 2001 NBA Draft by the New Jersey Nets. He earned a spot on the NBA All Rookie Second Team after his debut season. Jefferson spent seven seasons with the Nets, making the NBA Finals in each of his first two years. He later went on to play for the Milwaukee Bucks, San Antonio Spurs, Golden State Warriors, Utah Jazz, Dallas Mavericks, Cleveland Cavaliers, and Denver Nuggets.

He clinched an NBA Championship with the Cavaliers in 2016 and earned a Bronze Medal with the U.S. National Team at the 2004 Summer Olympics. Jefferson hung up his sneakers in 2018 and stepped into a new role as a Basketball Analyst for ESPN in 2019.
