This Collectible Hot Wheel is part of The Ronin Run II Collection.
The Honda Civic Type R, or Honda Shibikku Taipuāru in Japanese, is a line of Hot Hatchbacks and Sports Sedans based on the Civic, built by Honda since September 1997. It was the third model to earn the Type R Badge, following the Acura NSX and Integra. Civic Type R Models usually feature a Lighter, Stiffer Body, A Specially Tuned Engine, Upgraded Brakes and Chassis and are only offered with Five or Six Speed Manual Transmissions. Like other Type R Vehicles, they sport a Red Background on the Honda Badge to set them apart from Regular Models.
The 2007 version packs more punch than the previous models, delivering 225 Horse Power at 8,000 rpm and 215 Foot Pounds of Torque at 6,100 rpm. Power goes to the front wheels through a Close Ratio Six Speed Manual with a Helical Limited Slip Differential as Standard. Up front, 320 mm Discs Brakes with Four Piston Brembo Calipers handle stopping duties, while Bridgestone Potenza RE070 Tires, Sized 225/40 R18 keep it Planted on the Road!!!
