Dom Pérignon is a Prestigious, Vintage Only Champagne Brand owned by LVMH, Produced in Hautvillers, France. Known for its Elegance, Balance and Aging Potential, it blends Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Each bottle matures for at least 8 Years, offering complex notes of Citrus, Brioche and Minerality.
Dom Pérignon is strictly produced from grapes harvested in a single year, highlighting that year’s specific characteristics. If the harvest is not of high enough quality, no vintage is produced.
The Champagne is described as having a delicate balance of Citrus Notes, White Fruits, Brioche and Subtle Minerality, concluding with a Long, Refined Finish. It is known for a Creamy Texture and Vibrant Effervescence.
Bottles are aged on the lees for at least 8 Years, allowing for immense development in complexity before being released.
Named after a 17th. Century Benedictine Monk who was a Pioneer in Champagne Quality, though he did not invent the Sparkling Method.
In addition to the standard White Vintage, Dom Pérignon produces a Rosé Variant.
It is Highly Versatile but often paired with Rich Dishes like Caviar, Sushi or Seafood.
