The two included Flip Grills consist of a bottom and top where you can put food in between. This makes it easy to turn and move it from the Barbecue to your plate Without Spilling and the need of additional tools. The bottom of the Barbecue is Insulated and stands on Small Legs so that you can place it on a Fireproof Table for example in the Garden or the Park.
You can use Charcoal or Wood Chips.
