Led by The Mysterious Blackhawk, The Blackhawk Squadron operates from their hidden base on Blackhawk Island. Flying Grumman XF5F Skyrocket Fighter Planes, they cry out “Hawk-a-a-a!” as they swoop in to Battle Tyranny and Oppression.

In their early days, they fought against the Axis Powers, but later clashed with recurring foes like King Condor and Killer Shark and encountered alluring yet dangerous Femme Fatales.

Their adventures often pitted them against strange War Machines, from Amphibious Shark Planes and Flying Tanks to The Fearsome, War Wheel, a Massive, Spike Covered, Gun Packed Rolling Fortress!!!
