Speed Demon, who’s real name is James Sanders, is a Supervillain who was a member of The Squadron Sinister. Originally he was known as The Whizzer. After feeling betrayed by The Squadron Sinister, he quit and struck out on his own and changed his name to The Speed Demon.
James Sanders possesses a Master’s Degree in Bio-Chemistry. As a result of Mutagenic Chemicals given to him by The Grand Master from The Well Spring of Power, Speed Demon develops Super Human Speed, Stamina and Reflexes. He can create Cyclones by running in circles as well as Run Up Walls and Across Water. Speed Demon also has Super Humanly fast Thought Processes and Reflexes which enable him to Perceive his surroundings while moving at High Speeds, Pick Up Objects and Execute Complex Acrobatic Maneuvers with Precision!!!
